We provide the ultimate team-building adventure aboard a luxury yacht in the stunning blue waters of Egypt. Even if Egypt isn’t your first choice, you’ll spend the entire week on a luxury yacht, surrounded only by your team and our friendly crew.

Everything is taken care of—just relax and enjoy! We’ve designed a perfect mix of thrilling water sports like kiteboarding, wingfoiling, diving and team games along with plenty of downtime to relax and savor delicious meals onboard. This unique experience encourages you to step outside your comfort zone, try new activities, and create lasting memories with your team. Our trips are all about building stronger connections, deepening trust, and fostering teamwork, which will benefit your work relationships long after the adventure ends.

1. Choosing the Date and Yacht

Based on the date you choose, we will arrange one of the luxury yachts available for your team-building experience.

2. Arrival and Transfer

• All participants will arrive in the morning at Hurghada International Airport, where an air-conditioned bus will be waiting to transfer you to the marina.

3. Time Before Boarding (from Arrival to 5:00 PM)

Since boarding takes place at 5:00 PM, we will offer you a program tailored to your preferences, such as:

• A visit to the aquarium or dolphinarium to explore marine life.
• Relaxation on the beach with food and drinks provided.

4. Boarding and Accommodation

• After boarding the yacht, you will be accommodated in comfortable double cabins (with either double or twin beds).
• You will enjoy a group dinner onboard, or we can arrange dinner at one of the best seafood restaurants in Hurghada, located just 200 meters from the yacht.
• If you wish, we can also plan a guided city tour of Hurghada on the first evening, as the yacht will be docked at the Marina in the city center.

5. Sailing and Destinations

• We set sail early in the morning from Hurghada Marina.
• During the week, you will visit stunning locations such as:
  • Tawilla Island
  • Abu Mungar Island
  • Geysum Island
  • Dolphin House in the open sea (perfect for spotting dolphins).
  • Other destinations based on your chosen program (e.g., Ashrafi).

6. Activities Onboard and Ashore

Throughout the cruise, you can enjoy:

• Snorkeling at beautiful coral reefs.
• Yoga sessions on the deck with a sea view.
• Fishing, including daytime, nighttime, and trolling.
• Paddleboarding.

Optional activities at an additional cost (with instructors provided):

• Scuba diving to explore the underwater world.
• Kiteboarding or wingfoiling for adventure enthusiasts.

7. Corporate Personalization

• We can create custom company T-shirts with UV protection, ideal for all sports activities. These T-shirts are included in the price.

8. Possibility of Extending Your Stay

If you wish, we can extend your stay and arrange a trip to Cairo or Luxor with a Czech-speaking guide.
